I'll update this if I get resolution from furman tech support, but this unit has started malfunctioning only a few days after being installed. I'm a home user, and have hooked it up to a standard wall outlet, but also another power conditioner that provides constant voltage (a mid-range UPS that I use for my computers). No matter what, the "High Voltage Protection" trips sometime between five minutes and two hours after having turned the device on. There is no sigh of high voltage, and everything else on those circuits works fine (and the UPS shows that it is delivering constant voltage). This is a bit expensive to have basically as a DOA device.
