I am still getting use to somethings, like I have not figured out how to turn off the touch pad. It came with a wireless mouse which is awesome! I kind of wish the keyboard lit up a little more like my last laptop (Toshiba), but it has an excellent layout! I like how it turns on right away and I don't have to wait for it to boot up. When I look for a document it comes up right away! I like all of the ports and the CD integrated into the computer! I use this computer for real estate, looking up listings, making fliers and videos, zoom meetings, searching for things on the internet. Another thing I liked and I am not sure it's probably a chrome thing, but all of my passwords that I save are also saved on this computer. It found my printer without having to have a driver! It didn't work on my old printer at home but I think I could search the web for a driver. Anyway, over all I am very pleased!Very Fast with a ton of memory. Perfect for whatever application you need it for.The computer lists Office 365 as part of the included features. However, it only has the programs installed. You will need to purchase a separate subscription. This company will not provide this for you.Love this computer. Lightweight and fast!
